I knew very little about them sorry Me, too. We, as in Jonfund, have a unique opportunity to fill the void in CT land use. Working with other clubs, we should be able to 'pull' NEA4WD further into CT/RI, making a larger umbrella organization that is most specific to 4x4s. From there, it's all out reach to other CT trail users and CT DEP Forests and Rec people.

I've gone wheeling on their land long long long time ago, coming in from the other side and coming out near their club house. It's a fuzzy memory at best, considering how my friends and I used to wheel "way back then". But it is good land for wheeling. I have been Mtn biking out there with permission in years past. About a year prior to joining Jonfund I was in contact with Lorie Giannotti (DEP) 860-424-3578 about the use of state land, she really would have rather spoke to a "Club Member" than just a person wanting to wheel on some land, Lorie was very interested with the concept, I think the "CLUB" would have better luck.
