end of 2008 the evolution of both man and machine was nearly complete.

vehicles in parking lots around southern Connecticut. Mike’s goal as
Membership Director is to help bring new participants into the sport,
especially families, and to encourage respect for our natural resources
while enjoying the outdoors.
Dave Martel, Trails Director - Dave joined JonFund in June of 2007. An avid
outdoorsman, he was drawn into the 4wheel community by an injury that
limited some of his outdoor hobbies, and mostly his backpacking
experiences. Combining his knowledge of automotive repair, passion for
mechanics, and the love of the outdoors... offroading became the
perfect fit. As trails director, he hopes to teach people how to leave
things cleaner and better than they found them, work on cleaning a few
trails, and make people more aware of Treadlightly principles and
practices, and then help them put those ideals beneath their tires. He
also hopes to help new people become more involed in 4wheel community.
